Day in and day out, we at Redlight are dedicated to properly cleaning, sanitizing, and pouring every brew that slides across our bar top. To guarantee that the same standard of service is presented to each of our guests during Growler purchases, we ask that all of the guidelines below are understood at the time of said purchase:

All Growlers must be properly cleaned before re-filling
Redlight Growlers are sold for off-premise consumption/enjoyment ONLY
We do reserve the right to refuse service of fills if the Redlight Growler is not properly cleaned to our standards.
2007 Mad River John Barleycorn Barley Wine
Brewed in small 10-barrel batches with Certified Organic barley malt, this crimson hued ale has a sweet caramel nose with a zesty spicy, citrus taste, when fresh. With age this beer mellows, malty flavors intensify as hop flavors dissipate. Mild oxidation happens over time producing sherry-like flavors. Very smooth but intense. 10.8% abv
2011 Birrificio del Ducato L’Ultima Luna
A Barley Wine aged 18 months in French oak wine barrels previously used for Amarone della Valpolicella wine. Intense copper color with red highlights the nose is extraordinarily rich and complex, gives off aromas of red fruit (cherries and currants) and vanilla, with hints of undergrowth and vinous reminiscences. The taste is warm, full-bodied and without carbonation. A beer beyond preconceptions and stereotypes, dedicated to the man of tomorrow. 13% abv
2011 BFM/Terrapin Spike & Jeromes Cuvée Délirante (Collaboration Ale)
Barley wine made with 20% rye, 80% malted barley, aged in rum barrels. Made for the “Un Mare di Birra” beer cruise. Spicy and tart in classic BFM-style. 10% abv
2006 Liefmans Kriekbier
After being brewed freshly harvested and carefully selected cherries are blended in and the beer is cellared at the brewery. After a slow maturation of 18 months to 3 years different vintages are carefully tasted and blended to create the final result: a complex deep-red ale with refreshing balanced tart-sweet taste, strong cherry notes. 6% abv
2011 & 2013 Boon Oude Geuze Mariage Parfait
A special blend of 3 year old lambic and young lambic. The young lambic provides carbonation through a secondary fermentation in the bottle. A wonderfully balanced gueuze from master blender Frank Boon. 8% abv
Orval Trappist Belgian Pale Ale
Unlike most Trappist breweries, Orval produces only one beer for the general public. It is sunset orange in color with a fruity bouquet, highly effervescent with a long, dry finish. Ask your bartender the tale behind the trout with a ring in its mouth found on the label & cap.
Jolly Pumpkin Bam Biere – Farmhouse style
Mastermind/master brewer Ron Jeffries take on the traditional farmhouse style ale. This golden, naturally cloudy farmhouse ale is dry hopped for a refreshing balance of spicy hops, malt & yeast. Jolly Pumpkin claims one of our only dedicated draft lines, and for good reason.
Funky Buddha Hop Gun IPA – Oakland Park, Florida
We are always on the hunt for delicious, local beers and this one delivers! Hop Gun is a straightforward and drinkable IPA with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Drink beer from around here!
Mikkeller Keeper American Pilsner
Mikkeller owner & brewer, Mikkel, is what’s known as a “gypsy brewer.” He hails from Copenhagen yet has no brewery to call “home base.” He brews all over the world wherever someone will have him and creates some of the most unique brews on the planet. This Pilsner is no exception. Crisp, light and drinkable with a bit of a sharp hop bite to the finish. For someone who likes light beer with flavor!
Anchorage Galaxy White IPA
Part of our vast selection that we are most proud of is our sours and saisons, and it’s beers such as this that help make it great. Galaxy White IPA is made with coriander, kumquats, peppercorns and Galaxy hops. It’s aged in French oak foudres and refermented in the bottle with brettanomyces and wine yeast, lending it a fun, funky characteristic common in most of Anchorage’s brews.
